Second expansion will be console only or what?

Edmund McMillen's postmortem of The Binding of Isaac may be a bit premature, since right at the end he discusses a new way that the game will live on, in a console version published by Nicalis. It's called The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, and it will feature local co-op, revamped 16-bit graphics, and a second expansion, alongside Wrath of the Lamb, that didn't make it to the Flash version.

Will Rebirth be on PC, or is it a console only deal? Seems hard to believe it would be the latter, considering how much better the PC market has been for SMB....

Ed posted more details today on his blog: http://edmundm.com/post/36798306331/binding-of-isaac-console-remake-details

"Nicalis is working on the port for Ps3/Vita and PC (steam) and is also currently talking to MS and Nintendo about releasing on their platforms. we are also looking into an iOS version if its not garbage."

Ah cool, thanks!

But Nicalis? They're the only publisher trusted with the IP after the way they (allegedly) treated Nifflas?

Also, I thought I heard them say previously that Wrath of the Lamb had the "true final ending." What, the Wrath ending turns out to be a lie? Or daddy comes home from wherever and it all begins anew?
