I made new things!

[Scry, the Casual]

if you want, you can tell me if these items are good, bad or already exist.
(NICELY)

UPGRADES

the meat bone
shoot in all four directions at the same time.

flies a million
shoot flies instead of tears, but shoot a fly once a half-second.

question mark
know all pill effects.

hearty blindfold
teleport to a heart room.

TERET CARDS

XXX the demon
turn into a demon.

XXIX blue baby
turn half your hearts into blue hearts and them double them.

XXXX the crying man
double your range.

XXXVII the end
spawn a random boss, with a random effect and a random drop at the end.

ENEMIES (the damage you deal is if you don't have any upgrades, besides doppelganger)

crawley
bony hands, no faster than a spider. deals half a heart, but can disable your tears and stop you from shooting them. it takes four shots to deal.

doppleganger
the doppleganger has no-one else like him, besides you. there is nothing that can hurt him, and you have no way to damage him. except in the back. he follows every move, so it should be easy. you know, he faces left when you do, up when you do, right when you do and down when you do. he dosen't move. has the same amount of hearts as you do and deals the same amount of damage but halfed.

carry
can fly. deals no hearts, but can shoot you for one heart. two shots are enough to kill him.

undead mouse
if you leave a room, they can come into the room you left and feed on the poop and the blood. deals half a heart, but can be killed in one hit.

BOSSES

crawlbodey
a giant boney hand, but with skin on it. it's like chub, but can get stuck in the wall, grab bombs and crush them and spawn little crawleys. it has 450 health, and at quarter health it earns double resistance by shedding the skin.
(special item- crawley) the rooms special item is a crawley. the item can be unlocked by defeating mom and mom's heart three times. this item attacks anything in its path. it can fall down holes, but will appear in the next room.

Definitely is some good ones in between there, good list. Like the undead mouse.
Here are some I just came up with:

Rainbow Bean
Appears as a bean wih a rainbow-flavor. changes tears to a chargable laser with rainbow color, and does the same as Brimstone.

The Hitchhiker's Book
Grants 3 small planets in size of a fly that circle Isaac, blocking enemy shots that hit them.

the meat bone is like those guys with the bone on the head, that only shoot in four directions, remember? they only shoot left, right, up, down. their the only enemy i actually die too in the basement... ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ :3
and the question mark will tell you ALL pill effects, not just good ones and makes bad pills better. I think its really helpful that this item is here so you don't get one of thoe ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ health down pills!

So the ? is a worse version of the PHD, as it identifies pills in the same manner, doesn't give full health when picked up and doesn't make bad pills good? Also, the meat bone is a none luck based version of Loki's Horns. Also, Tarot cards are based on actual ancient cards in human history. Sorry if I'm being too cynical.
