ofc game have save... in so.sol temp file for flash and in script text for steam

The game always saves whenver you pick up an item and it is added to your collection or you do something significant. However you cannot start a run then exit the game and continue it later.

You cannot save mid-run (to come back to it later), but otherwise the game autosaves as others mentioned.

Side note: Always make sure to exit the game through the in-game menus, rather than force quitting the program. That way the auto-save doesn't glitch.
