A suggestion though if I may: Start without the expansion, until you exhaust the basic content of the game (or close), then add the expansion to refresh and expend your Isaac experience.
In any case, enjoy.

Nor do I -_- bastards make me spend my money every time I visit that site. I mean...I try not to, I click the close button... Then they send someone to my house and point a gun at me, I just don't have a choice. :(

Come to think of it I also bought Terraria using money from Cards/Cases sold on the Market, Don't Starve and Warband too. Seems everytime I take a punt on an indie game using wallet funds I end up playing it for 100 hours and my only regret being I didn't support the developer more. (Although I did feel better after buying dont starve for the PS4 too)
As for humble bundle, Love it. Picked up Metro 2033, Saints Row 2 + 3 (and all SR3 DLC), Risen 1+2 and Dead Island for £3.60 Admittedly I had SR3 already and ive played Dead Island and Metro on the console. Still a bargin. Hopefully I'll pick up a couple more over the coming days.
I got couple of games bought by money from ingame drops. This is kinda normal.
