Once you install it it'll be in a folder. On the top part of the folder there's a bunch of options, and one of them says Extract All. That basically just combines all the seperate pieces into the playable game. Click it, then you can play it once it copies over everything and it's in a new folder.

No problem, I hope you enjoy all the goodies that Spidermod provides. You can do some really cool stuff with it, and it fixes a lot of bugs that Florian couldn't.
