Monaco is not responding

It keeps crashing 8/10 times after ~5 seconds after I start it up.
Please help

Running as Administrator doesn't seem to help, nor does compatibilty mode.
I am using Windows 7 x64 and Multimonitor

Same for me. If I start the game from the steam folder it runs but I can't play online.

Seems like it crashes when the overlayUI try to show the pop-up (but I'm not 100% sure).

EDIT: I'm under Win7 x64 if it helps.

I installed the second one, the first one I already had a newer version of.
Still not fixed :/
I even reisntalled the game.

Already done, didn't fix the game.
I don't know, sometimes it starts sometimes it doesn't. I've also reinstalled the game and verified the game cache but the problem persists.
