Demanding Refund
I have no idea how to contact Andy directly, the developer of Monaco, so I'll do it this way. I have not been able to play your game online with my friends since purchasing it on release date. I waited for a patch, I tried your beta patch and I am still getting disconnects. It is not my internet connection, I play Starcraft online everyday with no issues. So since I can not play your game at all, I am demanding a refund for purchasing an unplayable game. I gave you 15 dollars and feel I have got nothing in return

"So since I can not play your game at all," There's an OFFLINE mode you know. You're acting like this game is entirely online. As if it's their faults for you playing online only.

Hi Flllyi! I'm sorry about the problem and I understand your frustration. Let me break things down for you:

Since Steam accepted the payment, unfortunately I can't directly offer you a refund. You can submit a refund request to steam here:
https://support.steampowered.com/

As for the issue, I know support resolutions have been slow over the past couple of weeks. I'm trying to pick the pace back up now that the Xbox version of the game is out the door. I'm definitely aware that some people appear to be getting an inordinate number of disconnects and weirdly laggy or low fps play when playing online. This will be high on my priority list after I fix the error that some people are getting that stop them from starting the game at all (CreateDevice error).

If you do get a refund, I hope you buy the game again once the issue is fixed!

Thank you for your quick reply. I understand that you are trying everything to make issues disappear and I am glad to see that you are willing to help your customers. It is frustrating to not be able to play the game with my friends, since it is the only reason I purchased the game. I will contact steam directly. Thank you for your time and consideration

You're whining over $15.

It's a good game.

He's "whining" over $15 for a game that doesn't do as advertised. For some people, 15 can be a fairly large amount of a person's gaming budget.

I do hope he decides to keep the game and enjoys it once it works (for what it matters, I have no problems, so know it's not a complete waste of money, just odd circumstances). This is one of my favorite games ever, now, and I can't wait for user-made maps.

Warlord is totally right. For a lot of people, being under/unemployed and a gamer is hard on their hobby, especially if they're also a student. My weekly personal entertainment budget that includes gaming, going out to eat, and buying non-essentials hovers around $25-50 a week. $15 can be a HUGE deal sometimes.

I hope you get what you want! But in the meanttime I urge you to tell us what your problem was so we can at least see if there is any solution! I only want people to play lol

I finished the main campaign with my friends entirely co-op.

Just because someone can't press 'P' or look at controls doesn't mean they're entitled to a refund on a perfectly WORKING product.

How was his problem related at all to the control system ? Did you even read his post? Just because you have had no problems it doesn't mean he hasn't.
15 quid can be a lot of money to some peoples gaming budget , he is entitled to ask for a refund without being called a whiner.
