Bring the Bleach achievement?

Would very much appreciate some tips on how/the best way to unlock it. Thanks!

I unlocked it by going to the diamond heist mission (lockpick) and getting all the coins in the starting area, then going to the basement and going through the ladder to the area with the bunch of guards in the top center. Then I baited them all near a wall, placed the C4 and got it.

I also tried to get the achievement in that spot, I even got 4 guards attacking and gibbed them with the c4 but I didn't get the achievement. Tried multiple times with 3 and 4 guards, even completing the whole lvl after gibbing 3 but nothing happens. I watched some videos on YT and it was just the same thing I did.
Is the achievement broken? I tried this after the zombie update.

All guards have to be aggro'd, and I think the player has to survive? I believe those are the requirements...

The guards have to be in an attack state and you must live!

I also did it on the diamond heist mission. Get some C4, go to the building to your right and get some of the guards that don't hav guns to start chasing after your. I then kept attepting that, restarting the mission over again until I eventually got it.

I have tried this achievement at least 15 times. and still couldn't get it (apparently successfully).
- The guards were attacking me (attack state)
- I killed 3 (at least) every time. 4 more often than not (still, shouldn't I get it if I kill 4?)
- I was alive after the explosion, able to finish the mission
I have restarted the game several times, tried online and offline and I don't know what else to try. At this point I'm guessing the achievement is bugged.
If anyone could provide any information I would appreciate it a lot.

They must be aggro'd and seeing you to the very end; it won't work if you break LOS and kill them that way, nor will it work if you climb a vent or enter stairs.

Some times I killed them breaking LOS or climbing vents, but I'm 100% sure I have tried it several times while mantaining LOS and aggro'd and staying alive and not climbing vent/stairs.
I'm desperate.

No, i am sure this achievement is bugged since the zombie update. I did it exactly like in the youtube videos. I have a PC, so i can not tell about the Xbox version, if there is any difference.
But i can assure you that the achievement needs to be fixed.

I can confirm that this achievement is currently bugged. I've tried getting it over a dozen times using exactly the methods shown in YouTube videos, and it simply doesn't work at this time.

This bug is on our radar! Something about the C4 changed in the zombie update, so we will hvae ot fix this.
