You could increase contrast and Bloom Value and fiddle with it to reduce the "glow" effect but theres no way to completely remove it, sorry, it's not that bad, I've seen much worse use of Bloom in games before (Syndicate)

No, ENB and SweetFX are similiar to a degree but completely different in every other way, SweetFX > ENB 99.999999% of the time
