Speed Runs with Crosbot
Hello! I'm Crosbot, these are my "speed" runs. I spent a lot of time in Beta trying to get the best possible times, i know for a FACT you guys will destroy them. Check out the community video

Levels Complete: Prison Break - 1:04, Hijack at the Hairpin 1:32

The plan is to get the first few levels out the way and then go for it with the harder levels that can have varying paths. Got your own route? ideas for the series? please share etc.

I knew 1:02:XX was doable cause I made a mistake in my 1:03:38 run that probably costed me half a second, but didn't think below 1:02:50 was possible. Insane time buddy. Congrats. Would love to see a vid, hope u recorded it.

! you must have been refreshing to catch this so fast. I didnt sadly, but i'll try and do it again soon. I was raging this morning when i saw you beat me! Creator AndySchatz thought 1:03 was impossible too!

you speed ran many other levels?

I saw it instantly cause it was right after my 1:29 run in Hijack at the harpin, so I went to the leaderboards to see my 1-1 in lvls 1-2 but got a surpirse :P I only did those two and bit of the third so far. Don't think I even gonna try to go below 1:02, its too much lol

competition drives it forward, me and another beta tester mastastealth took 3 minutes off a level we thought was impossible to get better. Will be organising MP runs at some point i'll message you :D

Hey guys, just an update that the second level "hijack at the hairpin" is now in the guide - check it out and try and beat it!

You guys are absolutely ridiculous :O. I'm just now starting to try to cut down on my times, lol. One at a time, I guess. And practice makes perfect!

I'll focus on speedrun when I'll finish the maps but I don't want to speedrun a too small level but not beginning with a too big one neither :D For example the first one is really boring to speedrun, the track is all defined so as the best character.
Jayson 28 abr. 2013 a las 16:59
the neatest thing about the speedruns so far is that random characters are all at the top. It kind of depends on each persons playstyle. I figured the Mole would dominate, but the Gentleman, Pickpocket, Lockpick, and even Redhead seem to be doing pretty good.
MaoMao 29 abr. 2013 a las 3:51
definitely! I mean when i first started doing it pickpocket dominated - then people started to realise how good locksmith was, then the lookout and it kind of rotates.

The earlier levels will have completely set routes, but later on we'll see so much variance (especially with planned deaths and stuff)

I like how I'm having trouble clearing out levels, let alone speedrunning them. Good stuff guys!
