2v2 PvP

I think this would be pretty fun if we had teams. As it is right now, 2v2 PvP is very buggy. The custom maps I've played with 2v2 have all crashed the host when a person goes to the escape vehicle. Do you guys think it would be a good idea?

I think it'd be a cool idea. Maybe someone could create some cool ideas for teamed PvP, like traps for the second player of a team to disable to allow escape to be possible, or something like a co-op race. Lot of cool stuff is possible, really.

I wish we had this too, we actually did at one point, but we abandoned it because we didn't have time to fully develop the PVP mode. I love PvP personally, but we focused on the coop campaign over the PvP experience. We actually never intended for the included PvP map to be in the game. It was scrapped, but put in last minute because we found a way to fit it into the story, but it never was the real mode we wanted which was a full on PvP mode.

We even wanted Cops vs Robbers and a ThiefParty mode where you play as a civilian among 100 other civilian AI and the guard player has to find you as you go around stealing things.

man the amount of times you said Cops vs Robbers in beta was ridiculous, shame it never made it in!
