In the training, they ask you to press Page Up and Page Down to lower the camera, nothing happens when pressed, how to solve the problem?

Simple question. I tried both this and the standar game, but i just cant get into it, the UI is too archaic, there's very little help in doing anything and everything has to be micromanaged WAY too much, i was wondering if there was a similar 4x/RTS hybrid based on real life that was a bit more up to date in the gameplay and UI department....

Where I can download it ? I see framework link on official website https://www.pacificfury.net/pacific-storm-allies-1-8 but 1.8.5 assets wasn't released as far as I see.

In regards to the mod I keep getting a crash when during battle planner I try to edit submarine units, it wont let me and gives me CTD access violation error every time I try to. Also would it be possible to kindly allow float planes to land and re-arm at their respective ships (and submarines if surfaced), Having Hyuga battlecarrier is a nice touch but being unable to land said planes is being a bit of a pain, also E13jakes, and A6M2-N's are not allowing payloads to be selected for them, I did enjoy that...
