Anyway to clear a bugged quest from you Quest Log?

I did the Missing Scouts quest from the Watcher in Zhethron's Aerie when I first visited Kva. Fast forward 30-ish gameplay hours later, I picked up the quest AGAIN from her without noticing the duplication, and of course I can't complete it since they're no longer there. I hadn't realized it was the same quest since it's been over 30-ish gameplay hours, not counting the days that passed IRL(feels weird using that here).

I don't have a save old enough to go back to before I picked up that quest, and I'm kinda anal about excess stuff, whether it be inventory or quest log.

Are you sure that it is the same quest? There are 2 quests to rescue to the scouts.
