VIP-Key - i get no e-mail...
i go on this page: https://www.guardiansofmiddleearth.com & put in my e-mail-adress. But i get no answere(i watched in spam-folder, too) "Almost done! To finish your profile and post in the forums, please go to your email and click on the link."

Let me make sure I understand. Are you saying that you tried to create an account at the Guardians of Middle Earth website but you did not receive the email containing the account confirmation link?

yes, correct. I get this message: "Almost done! To finish your profile and post in the forums, please go to your email and click on the link." But nothing more...

I tried two different email addresses (not junk mail, normal providers) and neither of them worked. Same problem, they just won't send me an email.

I can also enter the same email again and it won't say "this email is already in use" or whatever - will again say "almost done bla bla".

Hmmm...this a new one. Let me see if I can get you guys an answer and some help! Sit tight though because it's a holiday weekend here and I won't have access to the team until Monday.

To be more specific:
gmx.de and freenet.de do not work at all.
gmail.com instead worked instantly.

Now the big questions: Why is that damn vip-code not selectable? had to make a screenshot and put the browser to half-size and then type it from there to enter it. And another one: What the heck is it actually good for?^^

Hi again Rudolph - I've been advised that if you contact customer service for Warner Bros. Games directly they can help you retrieve your VIP code. Here's an easy link:

Frustrating. I just tried it myself and the submit button seems to be dead. Let me report that issues to Warner Bros. & see if I can't get it fixed!
