will they ever work on this game again?

now i play 360 one still. but pc looks rather like they were or are working on it kinda so are they doing the pc stuff? or are they still doing shadow of mordor? and if they are done with they will they ever go back and add to this game? i mean i was really hoping for another Nazgul or maybe to play as Eomer or Faramir or Boromir i mean anyone else have so guardians they wanted to play as???
