synchronizing problem : verifying cache integrity is not working properly

i've seen only "synchronizing" message at starting page since i launched this game.
so i tried to verify the cache integrity, and it said "1 file is not verifyied. it will be attempted again"
but the same message occurs over and over when i've tried verifying cache integrity several times.

the game is still stopped at "synchronizing" page.
i didn't run the vaccine software.
i removed and reinstalled the game.
but no improvement.

how can i fix the cache integrity problem?
i really hope that i can escape the "synchronizing" page!!

i've had the same problem, no matter what i do, i can't get past the syncronizing point on the L.A. Noire sign.
