[Howto] improve FPS
Hello everyone,

since this still seems to be a problem, I thought I might share my experience.
The biggest gain in FPS can be achieved by deactivating the vibration function ingame. Sounds strange, but it really helps alot. You also might want to try the newest drivers for your video card and close all other applications you don't need while playing (Media Player, Browser, et cetera). Still, deactivating the vibration function gave me a huge improvement in FPS, especially while driving - even without an installed controller.

im so suprised everyone is having issues running this game, ive experianed no problems max settings at 1080p on my 780. even put my old 670 back in my system to see if it was an issue and it wasnt. runs at the 30fps cap at about 20% GPU utilization.

Its definitely a matter of some system configurations and not how fast or new your system is. It really is a cheap console port in this aspect. Nevertheless a great and awesome game.
