Faces are morphed/bugged - HELP!

As the title says, all the faces are bugged. The nose is where the chin should be the nose is replaced with the eye. It's terrible and the game became unplayable.

I play on Windows 10, I got directx 12. Please help me out.

this is an older game so i imagine it has something to do with windows 10. alternatively it could have something to do with resolution. could you post a screenshot of this?

that is easily the most entertaining thing i have seen in a long time
anyways i did a little browsing and have been unable to find anything to help
try setting the game to run in windows 7 compatability mode and try messing with the settings thats all i can offer

go into the file location for the game, right click on the game (after left clicking it once to select it) go to the compatability section and select the windows 7 option (its been a while since i have had to do this)

Yo, I fixed it!
I installed a patch that rockstar games offered and changed my renderer from DX9 to DX11. Not quite sure if that solved it or maybe the fact that I changed it to win7 comp mode. Anyhow, I ain't touching it and I am leaving it like this. Thanks again for helping me!!
