My favorite song from AW's soundtrack is "War" by Poets of the Fall.

Favorite soundtrack is Men in Black: The Album.
Favorite game soundtrack? Why, Alan Wake, of course! :)

I like both of the Old Gods of Asgard songs. Actually, it's Poets of the Fall, too. Children of the Elder God is particularly beautiful in the way it matches the action on-screen.

Wait. I cannot find War - Poets of the Fall in "Soudtrack". Is that soundtrack appear as DLC or what?

I think I have it as a extra soundtrack for Alan Wake (maybe some special edition). It plays and the end of the game on the radio, there is also Alan Wake themed music video by Poets of the Fall. Look it up on youtube, or something like that. :)

"War" also plays in that scene where you are ambushed in the small warehouse right after you fall from the helicopter. I remember it playing just as I started fighting the Taken. A powerful moment!

If you purchased Alan Wake on Steam you should have the audio file on your hard disk in the "Soundtrack" folder of Alan Wake.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Alan Wake\soundtrack and there the file "12 war.mp3". In the folder "bonus" you should find the file "Poets of the Fall - War Music Video.wmv". Hope that helps.

No "Soundtrack" folder (what a shame). Just "bonus" folder. I found Poets of the Fall - War Music Video.wmv and .mp3 inside the "bonus" folder

Me likey! But... I never could figure out which version of the song they're playing in the game. I downloaded one that I thought was the same, but after playing the game again, I realized it wasn't. Do you happen to know which artist is singing it?
