Stuck at Collapsed Bridge - Episode 3: Go to the Coal Mine

I just reached the collapsed bridge and I'm totally lost for where i'm supposed to go/what i'm supposed to do next. I can't seem to find a path out of here and the drop down is really high.

Anyone have any pointers? I seem to have done something very wrong considering all of the help google has seems to show a completely different path or something.

Long time since I played last (it's always good to post screens in cases like these), but there are AW walkthroughs on youtube, why not check there?
