Titan must not be working/low fps
From the lowest to the highest resolution on lowest settings only get 20-40 fps. I beat this game years ago and didn't have this issue.

I swept drivers, checked dx, not sure what else to verify. 2500k not oc. 8gb ram. others games work fine. I might try an old driver

update- opened case and blew it out, not dusty since I clean filters regularly. Pushed on power connections, pushed on card, removed an old tv tuner card. Really nothing, everything was seated properly. But then it worked, 60 fps.

I have yet to play it on my 980 ti, but it ran great on my 7970 back when I was playing it.. I''ll have to check this out next week when I get a chance.

Ever figure this out? Titan should be destroying this game.

I easily got 100+ FPS on my Radeon R9 290 in 1080 resolution with everything maxed.

The patch created problem for nvidia users with the addition of stuttering. Shadows play a large role in the problem by setting it to LOW you can reduce the problem.
