Played it on 360 and I think the PC version is better. It controls very well with keyboard and mouse; also you can turn off the hud for zero screen clutter - I hated the way the hud took away from the darkness of the 360 version, it always seemed glaring. Recommended!

PC version better than 360 version :)

Given the first two responses, I must concur. I haven't even played it on the computer, but I enjoyed it very much on the 360 so I think you're going to enjoy it all the more on your PC.

Personally I didn't experience any issues of sloppy porting, the graphics were good, controls fluid and responsive (m+k) and finished the game twice without any bugs or glitches. And from what I hear most players have similar impressions. In fact, when compared to the likes of Dark Souls or similar "brilliant" ports, this one is pure gold.

Go get it.

it works with the keyboard and mouse well!! Best of all there's no need for the games for windows live logon crap. It works like as PC should!!

Never played it on Xbox but it's great on PC. Great engine, great graphics, fast frame rate, accurate controls.

It is great to me. It is not GTA 4. If that is what you mean...

It's actually not a port. It was developed on PC, and due to an exclusivity deal with Microsoft (since Remedy was still technically an indie developer with no publisher at the time) for publishing it, the PC version was simply held back.
