Ran out of Ammo, and can't get past checkpoint.

And it's really tedious to the point I just quit in anger because starting again takes me way back. But there's no point if I'm facing 3x baddies with no ammo.
Are there any Ammo cheats that'll get me past a certain point?

For us to be able to help, you'd need to tell us what episode you're on, and possibly give us some lines of dialogue in that episode that would give us an idea exactly where you are.

Thanks, I looked it up the internet, it seems I need to find an infinite ammo dump somewhere through a large hole in a wall. Unfortunately I kept running back after getting attacked and never found it.
I don't know whether I can be bothered with this game anymore though. I might try in a few months time, but it's not likely.

My best guess is that you're on Episode 2, right after fighting Rusty (the park ranger). If that's the case, the infinite ammo supply is directly in front of you as you're going through the hole in the wall to leave the visitor's center. It's in the same area you fight Rusty in. Though it's very possible to get through this section without returning to the ammo supply here, it's been helpful to some people who find it extremely difficult to work their way through without running out of ammo.

If this is the main reason you decided to stop playing the game, I hope you return to it because the vast majority of the game is not like this area. That is, you usually have plenty of ammo, there will be more interesting changes in scenery, the story picks up, etc. Good luck to you, though, whatever you decide.

Thanks, yeah that's the place. The worry about ammo gets in the way quite a bit in this game. I had noticed a couple of times that you're suppose to know where to stand for their set-pieces. It's not really how a game should work, but hey, maybe it's just me.
