Bug ? Death Rally in slow motion !

I have a small trouble with Death Rally on a laptop computer.
The game is running fine on my desktop computer, but is slow on my laptop.
It is not a frame rate problem. Just the game seem to be in "slow motion".
Is anybody have the same problem ?

Desktop computer : Core I7 / GTX460 / Win 7 x64 / 8Go RAM / 128Go SSD
Laptop computer : Core I7 / GTX675M / Win 7 x64 / 8Go RAM / 480Go SSD

When I was first playing the game everything worked great, but not mine is in slow motion as well for whatever reason.

try lowering ur graphic i had the same problem but lowering my graphic works.

I played again a few days ago and it was back to normal, I think because my laptop switches between dedicated and onboard graphics, it maybe just wasn't switching for a few days for whatever reason.
