Get the original one, it is free (released in the company's web). Dont know if it is still downloadable from that site...

This has some improvements over the original, but the feel on car handling was way better on the original version. I think this tweeked game has some issues and I doubt I would like the game at all if I didn't play the original. Nostalgy makes it lovable. If I rate it I'd give the original game more points than this new version.

And realizing I did not answer your question, If you played it through with mobile, I wouldn't bother.
