"Armed To The Teeth" Achievement

Does anyone else have trouble with unlocking this achievement? All my cars and weapons are upgraded and I haven't got it. I wondered if there was a bug or anything?

I know, only realised this morning. I don't know how I managed it but glad I've got it. At least now, I can work to complete the game :)

Yeah, been reading up on it and people are saying different things so I'll see what happens when I reach 42 but someone said it's 50 million to achieve it
