Herr Doktor always builds same routes!

This is the strangest behavior I've ever seen with an AI. When playing offline, Herr Doktor ALWAYS attempts to built the same routes. He seems to be trying to create a loop including Sault St Marie, Winnipeg, Calgary, Vancouver, Seattle, and Duluth. If any of those get taken, he'll build along the California coast and into Phoenix. He almost never completes any of the routes on his cards, just builds this same dumb loop every time. Has anyone else experienced this odd behavior?

Yes, but on the whole, he goes for the highest score on routes, trying to lose as minimal as possible from tickets. An ideal hand for him is KC-Hou and Den-EP, so he loses 9 from tickets and scores 90ish from his routes. Of course, this is terrible strategy, though, that's not really an issue, as you shouldn't need to play against the AI! Play online, good sir, we want you there.
