Startup Error

When I try and launch, I get a java Startup Error

java.lang.incompatibleclasschangeerror ...

Edit: Support sorted me out. Solution, in case anyone else has problems was to delete all the game files and reinstall the game. Just verifying the cache wasn't enough.

you guys allways say contact support but all that did is give me the runaround, it gives you an address and a fax # what good is that, there is no e mail address and no real phone # i did everything you told me to do on that sight and every other sight i could dig up and NOUTHING no help what so ever, still cant play ticket to ride, been days now

You should be able to send them an email through that page:
Step 1: Select your game - Ticket to Ride
Step 2: Select your version - Steam/PC/Mac/Linux

Then it gives you a bunch of links that might help you, and if they don't then you click "These did not help? Submit your question" and send them an E-Mail.
