Why my ranking is N/A ?
i played 61 games and have score 1238 but i not ranked? is this bug? how to correct this?

I think you need to play at least 20 ranked games online (with other human players) in order for the rank or show publically. The 61 games you played I think might also include games you play with the computer bots, and unranked games you mimght have also managed to play online as well.
