i fighting vs 2 pirate ships i killed one and i boarded the other ship, than 2 space ships joined the fight and start firing on it during the boarding fight i got the ship and it was shown green on map and they didnt stop firing and destroyed my money sux alot and this was not the first one

yea annoying, you just have to try and drag the fights outside of populated areas if you want to board, also your own ships if not told to stop fireing can also destroy your captures.
