Whats this game rated for kids?

I want to give this to 8 year old and a 12year old.. does it have any bad language or very violent parts in it? thanks for any help.

I've been playing the game for a while and I don't remember hearing any bad language and the violence is just ship battles. The talking and dialog is actually really crapy in my opinion, he probably won't even pay attention to it being so boring.
