Any way to swap slo-mo and bombs for gamepad? (Figured it out for DS3 Tool)
For some reason I just keep getting them confused. Left trigger feels more appropriate for me to use the slo-mo for some reason. Must be from playing something else that has me feeling that way, but I don't see any options to do it. All I can find is to invert the sticks.

I think it just feels more natural to have slow-mo on the left side because that is the movement stick, and the bombs are on the fire stick.

Any options for this? I'm using the DS3 Tool for the PS3 controller and it works great, but I'm wondering if maybe I can change something in there so it will swap them by confusing which buttons are which. (ie. L2=RT and R2=LT) Never tried doing that in there, but might try it if htere are no easier solutions that won't require me to change it every time I play. PRobalby can do it in the .ini files somehow right?

Yeah...this worked well so I will just leave this topic up in case someone searches for it later.

Obviously only a solution for us using a PS3 gamepad with Motininjoy/DS3 Tool, but I reckon anyone that wants to add an emulaor for any other gamepad could just do it with that too.

Normally you have it set on "Emulate 360 Gamepad" and on default for the buttons it uses, but if you click on "Options" and change the L2 to "Right Trigger" and R2 to "Left Trigger" (These two show up twice so I cahnged both to this), and wallah! In game now the LT is slo-mo and the RT is Bombs.

Only problem is that I have to remember to switch it ack every time I play something else, but I think I might be able to make a Custom control setting for this game and jsut set it up that way, but keep my 360 Emulation one as normal.

Go into your Waves config folder ( Something like Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Waves\UDKGame\Config\ ) and open DefaultInput.ini in notepad.

You want to change these two lines:

.Bindings=(Name="XboxTypeS_RightTrigger",Command="GBA_Slow")
.Bindings=(Name="XboxTypeS_LeftTrigger",Command="GBA_Bomb")

and swap the triggers around so it reads:

.Bindings=(Name="XboxTypeS_LeftTrigger",Command="GBA_Slow")
.Bindings=(Name="XboxTypeS_RightTrigger",Command="GBA_Bomb")

Then start the game up. These changes will probably get nuked whenever there is an update for the game as you are editing the defaults and a newer file will overwrite them.
Thanks. That's easy enough so I can keep my emulator on default. :)
