You need the dev branch for Altis. Go to Steam library > Arma 3 > properties > betas > select dev build

i went to the properties beta.. and all i can see the beta codes for like private and under the select beta .. it says NONE

Make sure your game is not running, while looking there. If that doesn't do it, try restarting Steam then try again. (you do not need any codes for it, just select it from the dropdown-menu)
