Is it possible to replace the weapons and vehicles in the game and campaign.

Yes, so far there is a few mods that replace weapons for the campaign units, an easy example is this one, which changes the weapons of all campaign units to support mods ( http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=28237 ) and one mod that totally replaces CSAT in campaign ( http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=25615 )
