How to Make and Host a KOTH Server

I have been playing KOTH for quite a while and at this moment, I haven't found any KOTH whose map is in Tanoa.
I am looking forward to be able to make and host a KOTH server which is in Tanoa or if possible can you do it?

1 nobody does tanoa because alot of people lag on it and its dlc
2 you need a dedicated server like armahost or whatever they call them selfs these days
3 i dont even know if KOTH is able to be used because its not a arma 3 game mode

You need to start with contacting or finding out if and how you're able to host a KOTH server, from what I recall it's rather locked down to specific hosts and isn't "freely" hostable.
