My notebook:
AMD A4-3320M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
4096 RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6480G

How much FPS I can get on my notebook in multiplayer (wasteland)?. Im interesting in only lowest graphics, it's means nothing to me, just need a playable FPS

I think with that slow clock speed on your cpu you will not be able to play Arma 3.
Minimum required is 2.5Ghz for an AMD processor.
