You're running an i7 4700k series at 3.5GHz (at least), 32GB RAM and a GTX 1080? What the hell are you doing running this game with LOW GRAPHICS SETTINGS?

Bump up everything to Standard/Medium or higher, at 1080p (at least), you are literally bottlenecking your CPU by lowering settings.

The lower your graphics settings in Arma 3, the more that gets offloaded onto your CPU instead of your GPU.

i do auto detect even not not better also 10 fps
Is this on multiplayer servers? If so what game mode? Can you list your graphics settings as they are?
With that CPU at that speed you should not be getting such low FPS even in Arma 3.

I can try I accepted your friend request. But if we get anywhere it is good to share what we did here so others can see what if anything worked.

What are your in game grapihics settings and what resolution are you running. If you're at max view distance with everything on ultra then that might be the problem.
The OP found with guidance that he needed to turn on turbo feature of his overclocking and came out with a much better performance. I did ask him to report as much and put solved in title.

set visible settings to 1200-2000 for infantry combat.
terrain setttings to "standard" or " high" only.
this 2 things have a great fps impact.
the other things there is hardly to see a effect for fps.
and AA settings to 4 instead of 8 could help and look very similar.

run shadows at ultra so they get used by gpu instead of cpu. i had similar issues with 980ti and 5820k @3.3Ghz. I overclocked to 4.5 and got a huge boost in fps. from 30 fps avg. to 60+ avg.

The problem is that the game mostly runs off of 1 thread of the cpu even with core count and hyperthreading forced in parameters. changing parameters does help, but the best things i did were the shadows trick and overclocking. hope this helps.

while the game is running, open task manager and look at individual cpu thread usage. if a thread is around 100%, that is what's holding your system up. theres an option in task manager "always on top" so you can alt tab back in and look at usage. msi afterburner can monitor everything in game as well. the gpu cant process frames fast enough if the cpu is holding up traffic.
