Every game I have played with battleye people get banned, and say they did not do it. I use to fall in with the masses and say "ya right" "the solution is to not cheat" etc etc etc... Then a little over a week ago I was banned from ARMA 3 for nothing. I was like fine w/e BE will fix this and in the mean time I will play DayZ or ARMA 2... wrong wrong and wrong again. BE does not investigate reports that some one did not cheat.... and I can guess why. The massive number of emails they get saying they did not do something is probably crazy.
I have contacted BI about this, and after days of discussing it with them they were no help. So I found myself with a few choices I could start a new STEAM account and buy all the games back then be the sucker when I get banned again, I could never play a game with BE again as well as never play a BI game again, or I could get involved in trying to fix the issue.
Money on buying the games is not a problem, but I refuse to pay for the games a second time when I did nothing wrong. So I spent a little money and talked to a lawyer whom I know well. This is what you do to be apart of the solution.

this is also their public relations email address. Tell them the situation, and that you are frustrated with it. (Keep it professional) Tell them the actions you are going to take against them.
File a report on econsumer.gov (this is the international place to report what you would report to the Better Business Bureau if the company was North American Based.
File a report on www.ripoffreport.com
(This will not only let other people see the problem, but the community is full of people that like to get involved and fix issues like this.
After you are done doing that contact STEAM and let them know what is going on. Tell them that you are going to dispute the transaction for ARMA 3 because you did not get what you paid for. Explain to them the problem is with BI and BE not helping solve your issue of being banned for no reason. (Again keep everything you post related to any of this professional. I understand if your upset, but you need to calm down before you do anything. Being unprofessional just gives people a reason to look past you.)
Once you contact steam get in contact with your bank or credit card company and dispute the transaction under the condition that the product was diffrent/altered once you purchassed it. If they give you a place to file a report explain the situation if not wait for them to call you. Explain that you bought the game to play online, and because of BE making a mistake and global banning you for no reason, you are unable to do that. Make sure to include that BE and BI are both not cooperating and explain that you are frustrated with the situation and just want it fixed.
Please do not post here if you are going to be negative about this. Every BE related thread has a lot of people just making the issue worse with a (You shouldnt have cheated attitude.) This is not for you, this is for the people that have been done wrong. And a legal solution to that wrong doing. One that will hopefully in time get BI to oversee a fix.
