Complaint about Battleeye got deleted? O.o

Hello people,

i recently wrote in here, that i am getting really upset about Battleeye, and their incompetency of having a halway working support line!

The story: I bought the game, downloaded it, wanted to join a multiplayer server and tadaaaaaa "Global Ban #xxxxx". I've never used cheats, and have an ABSOLUTE clean reputation!
Wrote Battleeye support 2 mails, without any answers for 2 weeks.

After accepting that i probably wont ever hear from Battleeye, i tried to get help on this end. Maybe a phone number. Maybe a developer being polite. Something!

And what happened? Someone (probably a developer) deleted my post yesterday!

I am getting real frustrated.... But i wont give up.
So... i am asking again:
Did someone had a similar experience?
Or does someone has a contact number from battleeye for me?
