Banned right after purchasing key
Hello everyone,

im am writing this now inside the general discussion forum after trying to contact battleeye for roughly 2 weeks without succes.

The situation:
I bought this game on 23rd of May, downloaded it and was happy to join an Altis Life Server.
Sadly i instantly got the massage, that i was banned globaly.
I have not played this game EVER before, and have never been banned on a Battleeye game before.
I send them an email asking politely what the situation is, including some screensshots of the purchase and the playtime, without effect until this day.

I am hoping, that maybe one of the developers of ARMA 3 reads this and is kind enough to help me out here.
It is really frustrating not knowing what happened.

Regards,
Raven

PS:
If someone is wondering why i have 6 hours playtime on record:
I've played a bit on non Battleeye Servers, but this is no fun, since there are a lot of hackers around.

have you tried to join any other servers? because sometimes you can get a battleeye admin ban that is just a ban from the server not all multiplayer

Yeah, i have and am trying to join different servers every other day.
(Since the ban might get lifted without me knowing it)
But no luck until now...

Don't buy bad keys.

It's possible you were banned for cheating in DayZ. If you get a global ban for cheating in DayZ, you'll also be banned in Arma 3.
