HELP ME PLZZZZZZ!!!!!!!

So, i bought Arma 3 yesterday because 1. it looks like a lot of fun, and 2. my friends said i would be able to run in on my desktop. (I have an hp 2010i desktop... Cpu intel... Gpu Ati Raedon... idk i'm new to looking at my pc's settings :P) Well, my friends were wrong when they told me that my desktop could handle it... even on the lowest quality i lag and have a major game delay when playing the showcases and on multiplayer... I really want to play Arma 3... and i'm starting to get into playing pc games. Can someone help me?! What are some good settings that i could try ingame? What do i do now since i cant play the game? Are there any good gaming desktops or laptops that i could buy locally (EX: Bestbuy, walmart, etc.) or buy online? All help is appreciated!

First off, find your Arma3Alpha.cfg (in My Documents/Arma 3 Alpha) and find the line; GPU_MaxFramesAhead= and change it to: GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1;
Then in-game options; turn off Anti-aliasing, post-processes, PIP and clouds. Then turn your view distance to around 1000 or under.

Try those for starters and see if there's any improvement.
