Arma 3 runs real bad on my pc

I would like to start buy saying thank you for everyones help in advance
I can only get 15 to 22 fps in starderd settings online play and a max of 33 in singal player
just dosnt seem right.I feel like my machine should do better then that. Any hlep would be appreciated

amd 6350 @ 4.8
mobo asrock 990fx killer
8gb corsair vengeance ram
Gpu gigabyte R9 290 @ stock clock
psu corsair cx750m
and windows 7 64bit pro

You're luky bro. forget MP. in SP I get like 20fps and 50% ultilisation of cpu and gpu and something like 1gb ram usage.

his radeon hd 6790 1gb 800mhz core
a asrock mobo
600watt psu
win 7 64bit home

this game ran way better in alpha/early beta...
