Arma 3 crashes in the menu

The last 8 - 10 times i tried to start Arma 3, it crashes in the start menu. Starting and loading the game itself works but if the menu appears nothing works anymore. Its even impossible to move the curser or to do anything. Even the Task Manager is useless, the hole Pc has crashed!
All these issues happen since the last update und since i added the Ironfront WW2 mod but i think there shouldnt be any problems with this mod.
To summ things up, i dont even get the chance to play Arma 3 because it always crashes the hole computer.
Hardware: intel i7 4790, Asus R9 280X 3 GB, 16 GB Ram, 128 GB SSD
so there also shouldnt be any hardware problems!
