Where do i get a3\functions_f\Debug\fn_isDebugConsoleAllowed.sqf?

Hi guys, when i try to load arma 3 to join a exile server i get this error:

"Include file a3\functions_f\Debug\fn_isDebugConsoleAllowed.sqf not found"
and i don't know how to fix it, i tried to verify the game integrity but that didn't fix it, how do i fix this?
