Arma 3 freezes

Aye, Ex6tenze here. As of recently I've been encountering a weird bug within Arma 3. It regards loading into anything; may it be Altis or the VR arsenal, the game freezes upon loading.

The RAM seems to be nowhere near its limit, and the temperatures seem fine as well. I've ran Arma 3 in the past without any problem whatsoever. Do note I've ran Arma 3 with a 2GB GPU before, and now have a GTX 1070 with 8GB.

Graphics card/GPU Inno3D NVIDIA Geforce GTX1070 8GB
RAM Corsair 8 GB DDR4-2133 Kit

Upon forced to close the game with Task Manager, this error pops up:
0x00000001 – UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI

Does anyone else have this problem?
