Arma 3 Screen Frozen

My screen frozen @all 3min
all drivers up to date and directx is new

My System:
Win 8.1 Pro
Geforce GTX 580
Intel i7-2600 @3,40GHz

Dude, thats not good. On 1st screen i see this green points on your screen, thats an indication that ur Graphicscard will gonna die. I would take the 1st photo and send it to the customers service where u buy this PC, if u have a guarantee u should be able to get a new card.

BF4 playing on ultra graphic and the game running without lags and freeze.

That's a characteristic symptom for a overheated graphics adapter in ArmA3.
When you play longer with that graphics card, you will see more and more failures.

You can still use it for less demanding applications, bureau or Internet, for other games, even for a long time, but if you continue to use it in ArmA with your actual settings you are going to break it.

If the error happens since the new version of the GeForce 335.23 graphics driver, a return to the old driver version could be better.
