taking RL $ for ingame items is a breach of ToS/contract/whatever you want to call it with BIS, if you find a server selling ingame items in exchange for RL currency report it to them.

seen jets on a few servers, you're looking for ones with the @MAS mods fyi, they cost i want to say 5 mil each, not sure.
