if you have issues with the ingame server browser then
try to use the STEAM client server browser instead ...

STEAM > menu View > Servers > at bottom in filters choose game "Arma 3"
pick server and play

after updates the game can't launch. why?

After Update, Arma 3 is only starting with official "Arma 3 Launcher". But Arma 3 Launcher says "Steam Offline Mode" and crashes after pressing "Play" Button. Why i cant start without the "Arma 3 Launcher"????... really annoying.

Thanks for Update now its unplayable for me.

you can go to the folder where Arma 3 is installed and launch it manually with the normal arma3.exe ! not the laucher... hope this help :)

@brice: of course i´ve tried this, but starting Arma3.exe will open the Launcher too... i also cant use my playwithsix. Really Bull****

brice it stays on the last version of Arma 3 and you can't play with servers that change the version of arma 3:(

@FullAffect dont use the ArmaLauchner.exe use the Arma3.exe - Works for me.

@EisJade: I know... but when i start arma3.exe the launcher opens automatically... before when i start with steam, i could choose how i want to start (Normal, Launcher, Windowed or without battleeye)... now there is nothing chooseable and it only starts with the Launcher.

Before update i was using the Arma3 Mod Preset Launcher, after update i cant use cause when i press "Launch Arma3" on the ModPreset Launcher it trys to open the usual Gamelauncher which didnt work for me.

Right click Arma 3, go to properties and put what's below after clicking 'Set Launch Options' (make sure it's copied exact or it's the approximate folder of where Arma 3 is installed at in Steam):

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\arma3.exe" %command%

also if you have any command switches like "-nologs", "-nosplash", "-enableHT", etc, make sure you type that AFTER "%command%" with a space between each one like normal. So for example:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\arma3.exe" %command% -nosplash -enableHT

It will load up normally without the launcher

After verifying the game cache twice (of course ive tried this before) it works to start with arma3.exe, but the problem with using external launchers (playwithsix and Co.) is still there.

want they to force us to only use this unusable "arma 3 launcher"????
