In Score Attack Mode, do going to Tazal terminal will shut down my save?

What happens when I "finish" the game on Score Attack mode? Will I be able to go back and rack up more points/upgrades/dream trips?

When you finish, you will make your choice and the credits will play as usual, but you can then go to the menu and choose "Continue" to get back into your game. You will not have Hop Scotch, though, just your usual dodge roll.

Not sure if this is intended but it seems that completing Tazal Terminal will screw up your scoring if you're going for 1M achievement. Unless I'm missing something, my points stopped updating (and now I have to start over)

You have to beat your existing high score on a level to change the existing points total, once you have completed all of them once. So if you beat your high school on a level by 10,000 your point total will increase by that much.

I also beat final mission in Score Attack mode. It is worth noting that XP (maybe shards too) you earned during the mission will not be saved after you beat it. However, your score from that last mission will be added and updated accordingly on the leaderboards.

After beating the game, I clicked 'continue' from menu and replayed several missions but the game didn't update my score on the leaderboards. I first thought it was glitched but then I quit and restarted the game executable just in case. I played more missions and leveled up my character. Guess what, scores just started updating fine!

So for those who come across this thread looking for confirmation, go ahead and beat Tazal Terminals and don't panic even if the leaderboards don't seem to update right away. :)

I just got the achievement and only figured that out in the last 30 minutes. I did the pipe challenge like 8 times last night thinking it was cumulative. Did 2 more missions then did the pot dream, popped.
