Doesn't Work With SNES Controller
Sorry but this games doesn't work with SNES controller. It implies in the settings a PS2 type pad. I wasn't aware of this before pruchase.

The in-game configuration for the joypad is restrictive and wont let you define each button. There is some manual options but it doesn't look at pure button signals, it's trying to remap PS2 type controller or something.

I hope they fix it to be more general.

Not insulting you, just curious: why are you trying to use a SNES controller?
In any case, I don't think that controller has enough buttons for Bastion--the game requires movement, two attacks, dodge, shield, secret skill, interact, heal, reload, and inventory.

not trying to be a jerk or anything, but, a suggestion: you should look into an xbox 360 controller if you're gonna do pc gaming stuff. they're real nice.

I have the Logitech F310, it's very nice and basically maps directly to an XBox (de facto standard) controller.

I don't like xbox,playstation,n64 controllers, as they suck. Too thick. The SNES is the best controller for holding and movement.

I would have recommend using 'Xpadder' to configure your SNES controller with keyboard keys,
but I just tried it- and it would have been fine and dandy except that you cannot disable the mouse(crosshair) in the game from what I've seen and tried...
So close. I feel your pain.

Xpadder has been a miracle in many other non-SNES-supported games I've used my controller for, unfortunately not this one. Bastion is just digusting with keyboard and mouse. It's a real tragedy I tell you.
